"I was very sceptical at first. The exercises were so gentle that I doubted whether they could be having any effect. However after three months I had to admit that my usual back pain was reducing, and I began to think there might be something to it. Now after attending the classes for 18 months I can thoroughly recommend them. Pilates exercises are not strenuous, they are careful and controlled. After a while you find yourself watching your every move all the time, whatever you are doing. Entirely beneficial." Alan |
