Studio Classes & One to Ones
Studio classes & One to Ones are run when there is no other matclass taking place. These can be
booked on a weekly basis so they do not have to be at the same time every week.

Private Matwork Classes Up
to 6 can benefit from a Private Matclass with the cost shared between you.
At a time to suit you, held in The West Studio. Hourly rate is £40. Call
for further details.
Class Information
Classes are usually paid in blocks of 7 sessions.
If individually paid, they increase by £2.
Those
wishing to join a matclass will require an Initial Consultation to see
suitability of class type and check the level of the client dependant on class
type.
Classes are kept to a maximum of 8 per class per 1 teacher. The nature of
Pilates does not allow for "drop-in" style classes as Pilates is a
progressive form of exercise. Debbie will in time get to know your body
and what is best for you.
